Heather, the founder behind Artemis Ridge Partners, established the firm with the primary objective of acquiring and nurturing private small companies while simultaneously addressing the challenge of owner succession.Her professional experience spans 12+ years in healthcare across sales, marketing, and strategy roles. Over the course of her career she has built and led teams, worked closely with customers and operators, and driven growth in highly regulated B2B environments.Heather combines a practical, analytical approach with strong business acumen. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and an MBA from Harvard Business School.As a founder-operator, she steps in full-time post-acquisition to lead the business, preserve its culture, support employees, and maintain strong customer relationships. Artemis Ridge Partners is committed to long-term ownership, not short-term financial engineering.
